Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Socal PokeMart all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means, if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
